An employee was cutting wooden stakes with a table saw when the saw lacerated their right index and middle fingers.

On or about 20 April 2015 at approximately 1345 hrs, an employee suffered a fractured skull and surgical removal of bone from the cranial vault. The employee was riding on the open tailgate of a moving utility cargo vehicle when he fell off of the tail gate and impacted the asphalt with his cranium (Left side frontal temporal region).

An employee was pulling on a bale of corrugated cardboard boxes that were on a conveyor. The straps on the bale failed and the employee fell to the floor. The employee was hospitalized and required surgery for a fractured femur and/or hip.

On December 27, 2023, an employee was delivering mail to an apartment complex when their knee gave out and they fell to the ground. The employee was hospitalized with a left tibia fracture.

An employee was walking to the inventory cage when her ankle gave out and she fell to the floor. The employee sustained a femur fracture and was hospitalized.

An employee was walking toward the custodial closet when they stepped on a corner of the corridor where there was some floor stripper on the floor. They slipped on the wet solution and struck their head on floor. The employee lost consciousness and was hospitalized.

An employee was trimming a tree with a chainsaw and lacerated their left ring and little fingers, leading to amputation and hospitalization.

An employee was using a snowblower to remove snow at a residential property and amputated two fingers.

After cutting a slab of beef short ribs, an employee turned to grab the pieces he had cut and his right hand contacted the saw blade. The employee sustained an amputation to his right index finger.
