Final narrative
An employee was working on a forming machine, adjusting part of the machine that holds the mold. He then went to check the temperature with a handheld electronic probe. While checking the temperature, the hanger that was holding the mold opened and pinched the employee's finger between the mold hanger and the end tight deflection bracketing. The fingertip was partially amputated.
Employees were cutting away a forming machine's conveyer belt and replacing it with a new belt. One of the employees developed dehydration and heat-related symptoms. He was hospitalized after his shift, having a suffered a kidney injury.
