An employee was on the upper half of a track ladder that was attached to the aisle and put a box onto a shelf. He fell to the floor and landed on his back, resulting in a back fracture and a concussion.

An employee was pushing a cart through a parking lot on the crosswalk. A vehicle struck the employee, who suffered a skull fracture, a mild concussion, and a laceration.

The employee's finger was pinched between the welding trailer and electrical box, resulting in a finger amputation approximately 1/2-inch from the end.

An employee was unloading packages from a trailer onto a cart. While moving the cart, it struck the employee's heel causing a tear to their Achilles muscle. The employee required surgery.

On October 30, 2025, an employee was working to adjust a stackable metal shipping container. As the container dropped into place, it caught the employee's hands in an area between the upper and lower cross-members. The employee suffered a laceration to the left ring finger that required stitches, bruising to the right ring finger, and fractures to the right middle finger that necessitated medical amputation of the fingertip.

An employee was moving a scissor lift through a doorway. The employee was pinned between the scissor lift and the doorframe, sustained a back injury, and was hospitalized.
