Final narrative
A forklift operator was picking up a pallet of doors. When the load was lifted, it caused overlapped pallets on the other side to fall over, striking an employee. The injured employee became caught under approximately 692 pounds of doors and sustained a fractured left ankle and a torn anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) and medial collateral ligament (MCL) in the left knee.

An employee had been placing labels on a pallet of doors. A pallet of doors fell off a forklift that was moving in reverse and hit the employee on the back causing contusions.
