On April 24, 2025, an employee suffered a gunshot wound to the lower right leg while intervening in an altercation in the parking lot.

The employee was adjusting a sheet of metal on the machine while carrying a remote control, which actuated the machine, moving the carriage and causing the employee to be caught between the carriage and the machine table. The employee was hospitalized with a broken right shoulder and left ankle, and lacerations on their legs and ankles.
