Final narrative
An employee was using a U-boat cart to move product from the access storage on the sidewalk. A box fell off the U-boat cart and the employee stopped the cart to pick up the box from the floor. Due to the uneven surface of the paved sidewalk, the U-boat cart began to shift and tipped over. As the employee quickly moved out of the way, she fell, striking her left hip on the ground.
An employee was loading crates of oranges on a flat cart. A stack of five crates of oranges fell over and struck the employee, causing them to fall to the floor. The employee was hospitalized with a fractured right hip.
