An employee was performing work on a light tower in the shop when they were bitten by an insect. The employee experienced swelling of the right middle finger and was hospitalized.
An employee was climbing down from the back of his service truck when his foot slipped off the back step, causing him to fall to the ground. The employee's pelvis was fractured and he sustained a partial muscle tear.
An employee was walking on the deck of a rollback delivery truck. The employee walked around an excavator bucket and fell off the edge of the truck bed, impacting the ground. The employee sustained multiple displaced fractures of the pelvis.
