An employee was on a portable ladder putting granite in a silo when the bag of granite fell off the forklift and landed on a scissor lift. The bag then rolled off the scissor lift, hitting the portable ladder and knocking the employee off the ladder. The bag landed on top of the employee and they sustained fractures to the ribs and spine.
