An employee was loading empty cardboard cases/boxes onto a conveyor. While turning to retrieve an additional case, the employee tripped over a case on the ground and fell, resulting in a right wrist fracture.
An employee arrived at work and was walking into the store through the parking lot. The employee tripped over a curb and fell to the ground, sustaining a femur fracture.
