On July 29, 2025, an employee was placing dunnage spacers on the wall board near the production line. He began to feel lightheaded. The employee was hospitalized with heat-related illness.

An employee was reconnecting equipment after downtime maintenance. The equipment shifted and the employee's fingertip was pinched between the air cylinder clevis and mounting bracket, resulting in amputation to the very end of the left middle finger.

At about 10:50 a.m. on April 1, 2020, four employees were trying to unjam a sheet of drywall that was stuck in a kiln dryer. One of the employees was pulling on the sheet when it moved, causing the drive belt and assembly to rotate and pin his left hand. The pad of his middle finger was cut off to the first knuckle.

An employee on an extension ladder had finished removing links from a chain. As he descended the ladder, his foot became tangled on the ladder's rope, and he fell 5 feet 6 inches to the ground. He bruised his right knee and fractured his hip, requiring hospitalization.

An employee was helping to lift the grating from a floor draining system when the grating slipped and landed on his hand, resulting in the amputation of his right middle finger at the first joint.

An employee was conducting routine maintenance on a mixer. New lid pins had been installed, and the employee was rotating by hand to ensure they had been installed correctly. The employee's left middle finger was caught between the lid and top of a pin. The momentum from the mixer continued, causing a crushing injury to the finger. The employee underwent a medical amputation from the top knuckle to the tip of the finger.
