An employee was standing on the helicopter landing pad of a hospital waiting to unload a patient. His foot became tangled in the strap of a bag, causing him to trip and fall. The employee sustained a left hip fracture that required surgery.
An employee arrived at work and was walking into the store through the parking lot. The employee tripped over a curb and fell to the ground, sustaining a femur fracture.
