An employee was retrieving a 10-foot PVC pipe in the bullpen where material is stored. The employee cut one of the straps securing PVC pipes on a pallet at the bottom of a stack of pallets. Other pallets that were stacked on top then fell on the employee. The employee suffered a fractured pelvis and other injuries.
