On October 30, 2025, an employee was working to adjust a stackable metal shipping container. The employee suffered a laceration to the left ring finger that required stitches, bruising to the right ring finger, and fractures to the right middle finger that necessitated medical amputation of the fingertip.

A temporary employee was punched in the face by another temporary employee. He suffered a laceration to the eye.

An employee was backing up a powered industrial vehicle. Her left hand was caught between the vehicle and a rack, and the wrist was broken.

An employee was resetting a warehouse racking system utilizing an order picker. They fell approximately 5 feet from the order picker to the concrete floor and sustained fractured ribs.

An employee was delivering mail when she tripped on an uneven sidewalk and fell forward onto the ground, hitting her right knee and the left side of her face. The employee was hospitalized with a fractured kneecap that required surgery.
