An employee was working to attach a rotary cutter to the tow hitch of a tractor to then bring it back to the shop. The tractor started to roll away. The employee went to get in the cab of the tractor to stop it from rolling but he tripped and fell. The left rear wheel of the tractor rolled over him. The employee was hospitalized with bruised ribs and shortness of breath.

On December 26, 2023, an employee went out to the parking lot to troubleshoot the starter of an SUV. The employee was underneath the vehicle when it started and moved and the employee's middle back area was caught under the front passenger-side tire. The employee sustained a fractured collar bone.

An employee was parking at a patient's home and exited the van to manually open the garage door. The van began rolling backward and rolled over the employee's right leg. She was hospitalized with a fractured leg.

A driver had backed up a rear load truck to a dumpster. The winch cable was bound, and another employee went to use the controls to put slack in the line. The cable tightened instead of loosening while the driver was holding it, and it caught his hand against the truck and crushed his thumb. The thumb was fractured and lacerated; he was hospitalized, requiring surgery. The incident took place during a training activity.

The replacement part (weighing an estimated 500 pounds) was moved into place using a truck-mounted crane with a lifting strap attached to the designated pick point. An employee was moving a mower with a tractor bucket when the bucket slipped and struck another employee on the hand. The injured employee sustained a partial amputation of their left little finger.

The jack malfunctioned, causing the brakes to apply; the employee fell forward onto the concrete warehouse floor.
