On September 18, 2024, at approximately 8:20 p.m., an employee was operating a powered riding pallet jack. He got off the powered riding pallet jack to move a parked powered industrial truck (PIT). His left leg was pinned between his powered riding pallet jack and the parked PIT, resulting in a left ankle fracture.
An employee was replacing a waterline and moving equipment with a loader when they were struck by a front-end wheel loader. They sustained arm and leg fractures.
An employee was disconnecting a rope from a barge. The employee's middle, ring, and little fingers were crushed between two barges. The employee was hospitalized.
