An employee reached for the door handle while walking into a building when they lost their footing and fell to ground, resulting in a fractured hip.
An employee had been operating the envelope production line. As the employee was troubleshooting the line, the employee was caught in and struck by a rotating drive shaft resulting in a severe leg laceration requiring surgical repair.
An employee was pulling on a bale of corrugated cardboard boxes that were on a conveyor. The straps on the bale failed and the employee fell to the floor. The employee was hospitalized and required surgery for a fractured femur and/or hip.
