An employee was cleaning out rollers on a trash conveyor that was shut down. During cleaning, the employee removed tape from a roller. When the employee turned the conveyor back on, the tape was pulled back up and wrapped around the employee's left arm and pulled it into the conveyor, resulting in an upper arm fracture.
