Final narrative
An employee was en route to perform a routine water test at a cooling tower chemical containment area. The employee went to step over a wooden board lying near a concrete berm outside of the spill containment area when they tripped and fell toward the berm. The employee sustained a right ankle dislocation and fracture that required hospitalization.
On July 20, 2025, an employee was descending a fixed ladder when he fell approximately 7 feet to the floor below, landing on his left leg. The employee was hospitalized with a fractured left tibia and tears to the posterior cruciate and anterior cruciate ligaments in the left knee.
An employee arrived at work and was walking into the store through the parking lot. The employee tripped over a curb and fell to the ground, sustaining a femur fracture.
An employee was walking on a sidewalk and stubbed his toe on an elevated portion of concrete, causing him to trip and fall. The employee's right knee was dislocated.
