An employee was cutting plastic with a utility knife on or near a conveyor belt. The utility knife became stuck in the conveyor belt and as he attempted to remove it, the employee's right middle fingertip was amputated.
An employee was removing wheel chocks from the front tires of a baggage tug. The employee placed the bag and returned to the tug where they began to remove the chocks while standing next to the driver s side tug entrance.
