An employee was carrying a handful of irrigation valves when he slipped on a concrete blanket and fell, landing on a concrete pin. He suffered a ruptured spleen and a broken rib and was hospitalized.
An employee was operating a walk-behind mower when it struck a support/guy wire for a power pole. The guy wire began to whip and came in contact with an energized power line at the top of the power pole. Electricity travelled down the wire, through the machine, and shocked the employee. He was then thrown from the mower. The employee sustained electric shock and burns to the right hand and left big toe.
An employee was raising a trailer gate. The employee's left little fingertip was caught between the gate and the trailer's side wall; the fingertip was amputated.
A sanitation employee entered the chemical room and slipped on the wet floor. When he slipped, he kicked over a bucket containing cleaning chemicals. The chemicals splashed onto the employee's clothing and burned his skin.
An employee tripped while walking from one store register station to another. Her forehead struck a register, and she suffered fractures to two vertebrae in her neck. She was hospitalized.

On October 30, 2025, an employee was working to adjust a stackable metal shipping container. As the container dropped into place, it caught the employee's hands in an area between the upper and lower cross-members. The employee suffered a laceration to the left ring finger that required stitches, bruising to the right ring finger, and fractures to the right middle finger that necessitated medical amputation of the fingertip.
