Two employees were painting the potato tub. Employee 1 was sitting on the edge of a wood plank on top of the tub when the wood plank tipped and the employee fell 11-15 feet. The plank fell between the wall and the tub and struck employee 2 on the head causing them to fall from a ladder onto the concrete floor.
