Two employees were working from a billboard sign catwalk. The catwalk broke and both employees fell. One, hanging from his harness, suffered a broken arm. The other employee's harness broke and he fell to the ground, suffering a lower back fracture. Both employees were hospitalized.
An employee was on a ladder, taking measurements for a new gutter installation. The ladder slipped out from under him and both he and the ladder fell to the ground. He was hospitalized with seven broken ribs and a broken clavicle.
