An employee was removing packaging from a roll of printing substrate. The blade of their utility knife got stuck. The employee used both hands to free the knife and the blade partially amputated their left little fingertip.

An employee was disassembling a pressurized unit using a driver drill. When the unit was disassembled, it caused a kickback from the tube head, causing the drill to strike the employee's left forearm. They sustained a diaphyseal fracture to their left radius and ulna, which required surgery.

An employee was using a box cutter when it cut the tip of his left thumb resulting in a fingertip amputation.

While working at a customer's residence, an employee was cutting tape with a box cutter to wrap insulation for a piece of pipe. The box cutter struck a hardened object within the wall causing it to bounce back and puncture the employee's right eye. The employee was hospitalized.

An employee was using the pipe-and-wrench method to loosen a seized bolt on a roof truss. A technician from another company was on the other side of the truss doing the same action with the same method. The employee's socket slipped off the bolt and his left hand was crushed against the truss, resulting in injuries to the index and little fingers, requiring hospitalization, surgery, and amputation of the index finger.

An employee was cutting the end from a bunch of celery with a kitchen knife while holding the celery with their other hand. The blade contacted the tip of their left thumb, resulting in a fingertip amputation including the loss of soft tissue.

An employee was walking back to their vehicle from a river trail. A copperhead snake bit the employee's ankle and they were hospitalized.

On September 2, 2025, an employee was repairing a gorilla structure with a crowbar when he began slipping off the structure and jumped down to the ground. The employee sustained a fractured lower right leg.

An employee was feeding a bonobo (primate) when it bit them and amputated their right thumb at a knuckle.

A zoo keeper working with primates contracted leptospirosis and was hospitalized for treatment.

A crew was installing drilled micropiles alongside an outdoor covered deck foundation. The injured employee was working the front of the drill when a loose section of casing dropped onto the tip of a rig wrench and pulled the wrench down to an embedded casing. The employee's left little finger was caught between the rig wrench and the embedded casing and was amputated above the top knuckle.

Two employees were working to change a tire on a mobile slasher saw. The slasher weighs around 2,000 pounds and is towed. Employee 2 was lifting the saw while the injured employee was placing a block of wood under the frame for support. The slasher then lowered onto the block and the injured employee's left thumb was crushed between the slasher frame and the wood block, leading to an amputation at the first knuckle.

An employee was using a metal shear when it amputated the tip of his right index finger.

An employee was using a crane to move a 44-foot, 3,343-pound I-beam. As the beam was moving west, it straightened out (north to south), beginning to swing south toward the northwest corner of a building. The crane then sent the beam southward, directly toward the corner of the building. The beam caught the tips of the employee's left index, middle, and ring fingers against the building. The last joints of the middle and ring fingers were amputated, and the last joint of the index finger was partially crushed.

An employee was standing on a step stool, removing the nuts and bolts from the frame of a solar panel that was being replaced. The employee's cheek made contact with a connector with damaged insulation. The employee was shocked, briefly lost consciousness, and fell to the ground, suffering an injury to the left shoulder.
