An employee was leaving work and stepping off a curb when their shoe caught on the curb and they fell to the gravel ground, resulting in a fractured knee and a torn ligament.
An employee was attempting to lift a patient off the ground. The patient tried to help and pushed himself back onto the employee. The employee fell over the curb and the patient landed on top of him, resulting in knee injuries that required hospitalization.
