On September 19, 2024, an employee was manually wrapping a pallet with shrink wrap when they slipped on a small piece of wood and fell. The employee landed on the concrete floor and suffered a fractured right hip.

On July 30, 2018, an employee was behind her forklift when another forklift backed up into her, pinching her between both lifts. She suffered a broken left hip and was hospitalized.

The employee suffered a laceration to the left ring finger that required stitches, bruising to the right ring finger, and fractures to the right middle finger that necessitated medical amputation of the fingertip.

An employee was moving a scissor lift through a doorway. The employee was pinned between the scissor lift and the doorframe, sustained a back injury, and was hospitalized.
