The employee had been working that day on natural gas compression equipment in the field. As the employee was driving home, he experienced heat illness symptoms and was hospitalized.
An employee was lifting a 100-pound exhaust manifold off an engine using a service truck crane. While he was maneuvering the manifold toward the bed of his truck, it struck his left index finger and caught it against a pressure relief valve.
