An employee was installing a piece of bracing to be welded. The bracing slipped and struck the employee's left hand fracturing the ring finger. The employee was hospitalized.

An employee working on the ground was disassembling the boom of a crane to add another section. A section of the boom landed on and fractured the employee's lower left leg.
An employee was walking past a crossover conveyor when a ramp came down and hit them in the back. The employee sustained a broken back vertebra, as well as a concussion, and was hospitalized.
