An employee was walking around the front of a trailer when they hit the corner of the trailer and stumbled. Their left foot contacted the ground, causing their left femur to buckle and they fell to the ground. The employee sustained a fractured femur.

An employee was bolting a support leg onto the bottom of a trailer. The front of the trailer was lifted slightly in order to insert the leg mounting bracket into position under the trailer mounting bracket. Once in position and after being lowered, the two brackets can be bolted together. The employee's left hand was on the back side of the support leg and his thumb tip was amputated in a pinch point between the two brackets while the trailer was being lowered.
