Final narrative
On August 7, 2024, an employee was respooling cable onto a crane tip sheave when their hand was pulled into and pinched in the sheave along with the cable. The employee sustained partial amputations to two fingertips.

An employee was using a chain come-a-long to move a boiler down the steps into a building. The neutral lever hit a solid surface and disengaged the come-a-long. As the chain began moving freely the employee's finger became caught in the sprocket of the come-a-long resulting in the amputation of the left ring finger.
