An employee was removing a storm damaged tree from a utility wire. After making his final cut he began to retreat. The log rolled, striking the employee and rolling over his legs. The employee sustained a laceration to his liver and bruising to his lower legs.

An employee was cleaning up wood debris and chipping it using a chipper. As he was feeding the chipper from the back, a limb (about 4 inches thick and 5 to 6 feet long) kicked up and struck his face, causing him to lose a tooth and breaking his jaw in two places. He was hospitalized.

An employee was struck by a falling tree branch from an adjacent tree and sustained fractures to his spine, left fibula, left ankle, and a rib.

The first employee suffered a broken pelvis, and the second employee suffered a broken lower leg. Both were hospitalized.

An employee was operating a lawn mower. He fell off while making a turn and the mower ran over his right foot. The employee sustained a laceration on his right ankle.

An employee was driving a forklift. He fell off the machine during a turn, and one of its wheels broke his left foot. He was hospitalized.

On October 30, 2025, an employee was working to adjust a stackable metal shipping container. As the container dropped into place, it caught the employee's hands in an area between the upper and lower cross-members. The employee suffered a laceration to the left ring finger that required stitches, bruising to the right ring finger, and fractures to the right middle finger that necessitated medical amputation of the fingertip.

An employee was moving a scissor lift through a doorway. The employee was pinned between the scissor lift and the doorframe, sustained a back injury, and was hospitalized.
