Final narrative
On September 5, 2024, an employee was transferring a patient to the intensive care unit when they fell and went airborne due to a structural shift/step in the floor. The employee sustained fractures to both knees and multiple fractures in their right arm.

On May 3, 2023, two front office employees were working in the waiting room when an active shooter event occurred. Two employees sustained gunshot wounds.
An employee was installing fence posts when they stepped into a recently dug hole that was not visible due to rainfall. The employee's leg was fractured.
