Two employees were attempting to move an air unit so that it could be set in place. The injured employee used threaded rollers placed underneath the air unit while a second employee lifted the unit with a Johnson bar. The employee using the Johnson bar lowered the unit and the injured employee's left index finger was caught underneath the unit. When the employee pulled their hand back toward their body, tissue was removed from the fingertip.
