Final narrative
An employee was loading steel coil into the uncoiler using a hoist. Once it was on the uncoiler, the employee noticed it was not aligned and began manually aligning it. In the process of aligning it, the employee's middle finger was pinched between the coil and the unwinder's arm resulting in amputation to the first joint.

An employee was using a vacuum lift to move an air conditioning unit onto a pallet. The unit's metal edge cut the employee's right little finger, resulting in an amputation of the fingertip to the end of the nail.
