A tree trimmer was situated in an oak tree cutting limbs approximately 20-25 feet above the ground. He cut a small limb and was in the process of putting his handsaw back into his scabbard when he cut his buck strap, causing him to fall to the ground. The employee sustained a broken wrist and ankle.
