An employee was troubleshooting a hydraulic press when a cylinder came up and crushed the employee's right foot between an angle iron and the cylinder. The employee was hospitalized with crushed right foot at the base of the big toe.
On May 5, 2022, at 8:45 AM, an employee and a trainee were moving a coil of wire with a hoist/crane. The hoisting mechanism contacted a bundle of cardboard boxes on the top shelf of a pallet rack.
