An employee was removing garbage from the back of a pickup truck and placing it into a dumpster. The employee was holding a cardboard sign when a gust of wind blew him off the truck. The employee fell on the sidewalk and sustained injuries to his head and right side of his body, including a broken clavicle.
An employee fell while exiting a trailer. The employee landed on their left side on the pavement, suffering multiple broken ribs on the left side. The employee was hospitalized.
