Final narrative
An employee was making a delivery at a residence. While walking back to the delivery truck, the employee slipped on ice and fell on the walkway, fracturing her right ankle. The employee was hospitalized and required surgery.
On July 23, 2025, at approximately 4:00 PM, a driver was on his route making deliveries when he started to feel ill from heat exposure. The employee sustained dehydration.
The injured employee (mechanic) was troubleshooting a box truck and asked another employee (Employee 2) to go inside the truck. The mechanic told Employee 2 to press on the break and push on the accelerator to hear the sound the truck was making. The mechanic was under the truck when it came off the jacks and rolled forward striking the mechanic and causing rib fractures and trauma to the chest.
An employee was installing fence posts when they stepped into a recently dug hole that was not visible due to rainfall. The employee's leg was fractured.
The injured employee was standing behind a table. She jumped out to scare another employee, but tripped and fell on the tile floor, injuring her right ankle/foot. She was hospitalized with a dislocated ankle that required surgery.

The switch truck rolled and pinned the employee against the container. The employee sustained a fractured pelvis, a ruptured spleen, and a possible spinal cord injury.
An employee was sidestepping along the catwalk of a railcar when he lost his balance and fell approximately 4 feet to the ground. The employee's right hip was fractured.
