The injured employee was helping to guide a second employee who was pushing an electrical switchgear on a pallet jack across a concrete slab. The second employee went to turn the pallet jack when it turned sharply and the switchgear toppled over, landing on the injured employee's left foot. The employee sustained crush injuries.
