At 10:00 a.m. on January 9, 2025, an employee slipped on ice while walking through the yard to their truck. The employee fell to the ground and suffered a broken right femur. The employee was hospitalized.

On 8/22/2025, an employee was working to clear a grinder jam. The employee was using a "no-touch tool" to rotate the drum of the grinder. He slipped forward and his right hand contacted a pinch point between the backside of the blade and the grinder housing. The employee's right middle fingertip was partially amputated with bone loss.
On May 2, 2025, at approximately 11:30 AM, an employee was using a hawkbill knife to cut plastic material off a die head when the knife slipped and lacerated their right knee. The employee was hospitalized and required surgery.
An employee was clearing a jam in a machine when their left little fingertip contacted the metal blade, resulting in the amputation of the first digit.

The blade snagged on the sprue and pulled his left index finger into the blade, which cut it. The finger was partially medically amputated.

The employee suffered a laceration to the left ring finger that required stitches, bruising to the right ring finger, and fractures to the right middle finger that necessitated medical amputation of the fingertip.
