An employee was performing patient handling. The patient began to fall and the employee went to stop the fall. The employee sustained a tibial plateau fracture.
On September 2, 2025, at 10:00 AM, an employee was assisting a patient when they grabbed onto the employee and pulled her down. The employee was hospitalized with a back injury.
An employee was working with an uncooperative patient when the patient fell onto their arm. The employee sustained two fractures to their arm and required surgery.
An employee was helping a patient return to their bed when the patient fell backward onto the employee, landing on her right leg. The employee suffered a closed fracture of the right tibial plateau.
