A metal vibe plate was being lifted off a truss plate by an overhead crane. As an employee was removing two bolts on the end of the plate, the employee's left little finger was crushed between the plates. The tip was amputated.

An employee tripped over a stool and fell on the floor, resulting in a left displaced mid-cervical femoral neck fracture.

After the employee placed the hopper outside the aircraft hangar door, the employee noticed the hopper rolling toward the doors. The employee exited the forklift to stop the hopper and grabbed the top of the hopper. During this time, the forklift started rolling forward and struck the hopper, pinning the employee s right hand between the forklift mast and the hopper and resulting in hand fractures.

An employee was leaving a meeting at a customer site. As they were descending an interior staircase, the employee lost their footing on the last step and fell forward, landing on both knees on the concrete floor. The employee sustained a bilateral patellar tendon tear.

On November 9, 2023, an employee was picking up cones and equipment from the roadway in a work zone when they were struck by a motor vehicle. The employee sustained a fractured right leg.

On September 26, 2023, an employee was performing maintenance on an X-ray detection machine at an airport. While the employee was descending from a conveyance system to a three-step ladder, they fell to the ground, resulting in a compound fracture and a dislocated left ankle.

An employee was wiping the sensor on a piece of equipment. The equipment activated and cut the employee, resulting in the amputation of their right index fingertip.

An employee was cleaning leaves with a backpack blower when he fell from a ladder, resulting in injuries to his head, neck, and back.

An employee was operating a battery-powered broom to clean demolition debris off the top of the outermost bridge girder. The girder was approximately 11 feet above the demolition scaffold below. The employee fell approximately 8 feet to wind bracing below. The employee was hospitalized with a pelvis/tailbone fracture. Fall protection was in place at the time.

An employee slipped while descending in a stairwell, fell, and suffered multiple contusions/bruises to the head, neck, shoulders, knees, and back. She was hospitalized.

An employee's right middle finger was caught in a nip point. The employee suffered an amputation to the middle finger at the first knuckle.

An employee was directing trucks as they entered and left a highway work zone. A vehicle struck them, resulting in multiple fractures and other injuries. The employee was hospitalized.
