Final narrative
On February 13, 2025, an employee was working to install TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) to a sheet metal roof. As he was placing a metal cover over a fiberglass skylight, he stepped through the skylight and fell onto the concrete inside the building. The employee sustained a fractured hip, a torn meniscus, and a fractured left ankle.
