An employee was walking in the "runout" area between snow tubing lanes and was adjusting deceleration mats used to slow down the guests. A guest riding a snow tube struck the employee, knocking the employee to the ground. The employee sustained a concussion and a fractured clavicle.

An employee was riding a snowmobile to pull ropes to close off ski trails. The snowmobile's throttle opened during a turn, and the snowmobile struck a tree. The employee suffered a fracture at the base of the skull.

An employee was riding up a chairlift. Upon disembarking the lift, the employee's skis did not slide on the ramp due to ice buildup. This caused the employee to fall onto his left hip, resulting in a fracture.

Two employees were raising tower pads on lift towers following a recent snowfall. They were making their way down between towers when the injured employee became unbalanced on a mogul and struck a tree on the edge of the trail with their left shoulder and chest. The employee was hospitalized with a broken clavicle and a pneumothorax.

An adaptive skiing instructor and a tethered student were skiing down a trail. The student lost control and gained momentum. While the instructor tried to regain control of the student, the two collided. The instructor suffered a fracture to the right tibial plateau.

An employee was responding to a guest injury on a ski slope and was skiing with the guest in a toboggan. The employee collided with a tree, resulting in fractures of her right tibia and fibula.

An employee was skiing to a ski lift when she struck a tree. She suffered broken ribs, a broken shoulder blade, a kidney laceration, a lung contusion, and internal bleeding.

An employee was trimming tree limbs from a bucket truck. The employee fell from the bucket to the ground 16 feet below, suffering a concussion and a broken rib.

Two employees were in a drive terminal, pulling a new fuel line for an EPU to provide tertiary power for a ski lift. After unspooling the fuel line, one employee took a step backward and fell through the skinning (the floor of the terminal) to the ground about 12-15 feet below. The employee suffered a dislocated ankle and fractures to the lower tibia and fibula.

An employee was doing a sweep of a mountain bike trail when their mountain bike's front tire slipped. The employee fell from the bike to the ground and suffered a broken pelvis. The employee was hospitalized.

An employee was kneeling, lighting the pilot for a gas range, when gas that had leaked from a quick coupler at the back of the range ignited. The employee suffered serious burns to both arms and her neck.

An employee was riding a mountain bike to check on markings and race trails when he struck a tree. He sustained six fractured ribs and a laceration to the spleen.

An employee was walking into the motor control center (MCC) room when his right ring finger was caught in the hinge of a doorway. He sustained an open phalanx fracture, which resulted in a partial amputation above the first knuckle.

An employee was changing the spacing on a telehandler's forks. A fork slipped, and the employee's left index finger was caught between it and the mast. The fingertip was medically amputated at the first knuckle.

McAneny Brothers, Inc.

An employee was pulling down a broken skid with a forklift. When the employee backed up the forklift to get the forks out of the skid he pulled down, he contacted the forks of another parked forklift, fracturing both of his legs. He was hospitalized.

An employee was carrying cups back to the kitchen when her foot got caught on a cart and she fell face-first. During the fall, a piece of glass from a cup cut the inside of her mouth, severing an artery. She also sustained a laceration on her lower lip. The employee was hospitalized.
