Final narrative
While performing construction operations, employees were utilizing a boom lift to lower a pump jack scaffold. The boom lift shifted and the pump jack scaffold came into contact with adjacent power lines. Two employees working at ground level were holding onto the pump jack and were shocked by the electricity. Both employees were hospitalized.
