An employee was driving a utility task vehicle (UTV) on the landfill slope to pick up a tool in a nearby area. A small generator was in the back bed of the UTV. As he was turning the UTV around, the vehicle fell onto its right side. The employee sustained two broken bones in his right leg that required surgery.
