An employee was wrangling go-carts. She unfolded and secured a cart and distributed it to another employee, then began pulling out another cart. This cart's casters were entangled with those of a third cart, and both came out together. As the third cart cleared the nested stack, it fell onto its side. This pulled the employee closer to it, and her foot was broken under it. She was hospitalized.

On April 4, 2025, an employee was walking on the production floor when he tripped on a box pallet and fell to the concrete floor. The employee was hospitalized with a fractured rib.

An employee was carrying empty boxes back to his workstation when he tripped over the edge of an ergonomic mat and fell to the ground. The employee was hospitalized with an injury to the pelvis and a fractured left hip.
