On March 18, 2025, an employee was working with a crew to remove a drill bit that was going to be replaced. The employee was using a breaking wrench to remove the drill bit when their hand got caught between the wrench and a hydraulic cylinder, resulting in a right thumb fracture that required hospitalization.
An employee was removing packaging from a roll of printing substrate. The blade of their utility knife got stuck. The employee used both hands to free the knife and the blade partially amputated their left little fingertip.
