Final narrative
An employee had just taken a zero-turn riding mower off a truck and parked it on the concrete ground. As he dismounted, his foot became caught on the equipment and he fell. He braced himself with his right arm, resulting in a fracture, a dislocation and a lateral collateral ligament (LCL) tear. He was hospitalized, requiring surgery.
