At about 6:10 p.m. on Thursday April 10, 2024, an employee stepped onto a protective plastic laid over a carpet for interior renovations. She slipped and fell, resulting in hospitalization with a fractured left hip.

An employee was installing fence posts when they stepped into a recently dug hole that was not visible due to rainfall. The employee's leg was fractured.
