An employee was cleaning a print plate with a rag. Their right hand became caught between two rollers causing amputations to three fingertips without fractures or loss of bone.
An employee was showing another employee how to conduct a test on a machine when the employee's right hand entered the machine. The employee's fingers were caught between a roller and belt, crushing the right middle and ring fingers and resulting in a ring fingertip amputation.
An employee was walking past a crossover conveyor when a ramp came down and hit them in the back. The employee sustained a broken back vertebra, as well as a concussion, and was hospitalized.
